After you have clicked the 'Submit' button your email will be automatically validated. For services other than the FREE Trial you will be taken to our payment gateway, then an email will be sent with a link to download your software compressed file called 'BoxBackup_xxxx.zip' where xxxx is your account number.

Easy-to-follow instructions
Uncompress and execute the file and follow the on-screen instructions; the software will be installed as a background service.

By default the software is configured to backup your 'Documents and Settings' folder (in Windows this is normally where you would save your documents, pictures and e-mails from Outlook or Outlook Express). If you wish to backup other areas of your disks please read the accompanying documentation.

Microsoft Windows 95, 98 and ME are not currently supported.

For platforms other than Microsoft Windows please contact us – we can support almost any OS that has internet connectivity. Servers and PCs are both supported.
